Jennifer Warfield is an experienced financial services executive, educator, and strategist with more than 30 years of industry experience supporting the growth and development of financial advisors and insurance professionals. In addition to her role as an adjunct instructor, she coaches and consults with financial professionals and organizations.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held senior leadership roles within insurance and financial services organizations, including Vice President of Independent Distribution at National Life Group. She has designed and led education, training, and professional development programs focused on advisor and agent development, sales strategy, distribution management, and leadership across independent and career channels.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics and a Master of Science in Management from The Pennsylvania State University, along with a Certification in Women in Leadership from the University of Vermont, and actively mentors emerging leaders across the industry.
