Dr. Jason Anderson has multiple years of experience as an administrator in higher education across university functions, leading significant campus center operations and outreach. He previously worked at a multibillion-dollar financial institution, where he helped develop a first-to-market program in college and career planning for members. These efforts culminated in what is now known as CollegeRoadmap, a suite of digital college planning tools licensed to financial institutions nationwide. Dr. Anderson also ran a consulting firm in financial services (Gradmetrics) that specialized in college and student loan planning. This business was sold to a private investor in 2024, and he subsequently worked part-time as a financial advisor at Intellicents. Dr. Anderson is a full-time finance faculty member and Director of the Personal Finance Program for the School of Business at the University of Kansas, and was awarded his Ph.D. in personal financial planning from Kansas State University. He is a Certified Financial Planner® professional and licensed CPA in the State of Kansas.
