We are honored to present the 2026 Distinguished Alumni Legacy Award to Aaron McGreevy, an executive leader whose nearly 30 years in investment management, distribution strategy, and organizational leadership have defined a career of sustained excellence, integrity, and transformative impact.
As President of Manning & Napier since 2025, McGreevy leads the firm’s strategy, investment product development, client experience, and enterprise growth initiatives. A graduate of the University of Findlay with a Bachelor of Business Administration, he holds multiple professional designations from the College for Financial Planning, including Chartered SRI Counselor, Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist, and Accredited Asset Management Specialist, along with FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 licenses.
Throughout his career, McGreevy has been recognized for building high-performing teams, expanding institutional and intermediary businesses, and fostering a culture centered on integrity, service, and long-term client outcomes. His fiduciary commitment to clients and ability to combine strategic vision with genuine humility have earned deep respect from colleagues, business partners, and clients alike. Most notably, McGreevy has an extraordinary talent for identifying potential in others, investing in their development, and creating opportunities for emerging leaders to succeed—leaving a legacy measured not only by business results, but by the leaders he has developed.
Beyond his professional achievements, McGreevy is deeply committed to service. He serves as an Executive Board Member for the Simon Kenton Council of Boy Scouts of America and as an active fundraiser and mentor with Seeds of Caring. His belief that leadership carries a responsibility to give back is evident in every aspect of his life—professional, personal, and community.
